Can't get enough music? I encourage you to sign up for our afterschool music explorations class! This fun afterschool program is being offered in place of choir this year because of COVID-19 concerns. If you're interested, ask Ms. Shue for details!
Music At Home
There is nothing I love more than hearing that my students want MORE music to do at home! Here are some fun activities you can do on your own or share with your family.
- Go to Quaver, where I upload two full-length music lessons each week! These lessons include videos of me singing and playing some of favorite songs, interactive games and activities, and reviews of things we've talked about in class. If you need help logging into Quaver, look on Google Classroom for directions (for 3rd-6th) or ask Ms. Shue for help.
- Pick an activity from my music choice board of ideas for exploring music at home (click here to view it!)
- Play/sing along with me as we review some of our class favorites in the YouTube videos below!
Videos with Ms. Shue :
Videos are in order from most basic to most challenging, so younger students may want to start at the top and older students may want to start towards the bottom-- but feel free to watch whatever looks like fun to you!
